I had a wonderful experience. The place is very well organized and the staff was very helpful. Also, there is someone from the staff who attends to people standing in line, directing them and helping to make necessary preparations before they approach the window. Very efficient.

I went to the Ferney-Voltaire post office today and I must say there is a man working there that was so jovial, kind, smiling and super positive. I didn’t catch his name but I wanted to publicly give praise to his attitude and kindness! Keep up the good work!

it's hard to understand all the negative reviews. This office is well organized and generally efficient. Employees do not hesitate to help with other tasks when they are no longer busy with their primary duty. This is just as good as a Swiss post office, which is highly unusual in France...

Helpful people in the post office, but terrible management of the unsuccessful deliveries. I will explain: after unsuccessful delivery (no one was at home), we have got a note from the post, which invites us EITHER to request for a new delivery attempt OR to pick up the package from the post office and gives a link for that. I follow the link, enter the requested information and the note I receive is "The re-delivery request service is no longer available for this product. For the record, you can request a new delivery until midnight on the day of delivery". The system just does not work! And that is in the 21st century! It has already happened twice and is annoying. The things are very well organized in the neighboring Switzerland (where one can monitor and receive sms/email notifications on the delivery status of letters/packages automatically (!) and one can change in a couple of clicks a preferred delivery date/time/place. But not in France, shame on you!

I have had several good experiences at this post office, which surprised me! The people at the counter were patient and kind and very helpful. There was a long line, and once they even apologized for the wait! They get people's package delivery notices to make things quicker.
