Absolutely horrible customer service! My mother paid $60 to ship a package from the US. When they delivered it to me, they told me I owed them 50 Euros on top of that (for customs taxes I guess - yikes!). I didn't have enough cash on me, and the delivery man said I could contact the company to have it redelivered the next day. I tried over and over again that afternoon to contact them: via phone, via email, and via FB messenger (which they say they respond to within a few hours). I had absolutely no response, and there was no way to update my wishes when I entered my tracking number online. The next day, they decided to ship the package back to my mother, and after a French friend finally got a hold of them on the phone, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Their customer service is completely awful. I am so very disappointed; it was my birthday present. I will tell my mom to ship via UPS or FedEx next time, so that I never have to deal with Chronopost again.
