I could give 0 stars if there was an option: -I couldn't reach them on chat or on the phone, basically nowhere -They didn't deliver the day they indicated originally, so I stayed home waiting for nothing -The package was cut open when we got it, damaged -We asked them to call before delivery, they didn't so we were not at home. After this it took 1 week to redeliver.

It’s a nightmare I wonder how they still exist. They lie that they tried to deliver your package, then expect you to go pick it up yourself at Bondoufle (as if their job is to stock packages and not to deliver) while lying to suppliers that they cannot find your address... And apparently they don’t bother even after all these negative comments!
