Expected this Saturday, October 28, my package has not been delivered. Reason invoked: impossible access to the mailbox or to the customer's home. Bad luck: I haven't moved from my house and there's an intercom that hasn't been activated. The other deliverers find it without problem. Continue like this at Colissimo and you will disappear from the market.

They lost my package. I called 3631, the adviser who received me simply said that he did not understand what he had done with my package. The Colissimo center in Chambéry told me that they should have scanned my package but they didn't. It's platform is the shame of the Colissimo brand. It destroys the client's confidence by the lack of professionalism, or rather the absence. I made a complaint on the 13th by attaching my contact details, it was still sent back to the sender, only to have it new and lose it. My package tracking and since September 20 has stopped at home, for me it is a form of unpunished theft. Delivery services should be more controlled to sanction it is made professional routine.
