WORST online shopping experience ever! Bought furniture, lamps etc. for almost 700 Euro online. The shipment was divided into 3 parts from 2 forwarders - one of them Colissimo. After two weeks we had several calls with the supplier regarding the missing shipment from Colissimo. Finally one shipment arrived, but the two other shipments from Colissimo were somehow „lost“. Colissimo never answered back on any contact, so finally I had to cancel the rest of the order. Took me HOURS of my time - will NEVER buy online again when shipped with Colissimo. Very poor!!
