Just shameful!!!! 4 times now that I have been told not to ring the bell to deliver my package to me when I am at home at the time of passage (Commune of Soufflenheim). Amazing to receive the voucher from the delivery man to lie that I was "away". The delivery staff are clearly not doing their job to the end, we are far from the delivery service of Amazon or others...

This office has a very small reception as it's more of a distribution center (or something like that). But the staff is always welcoming and pleasant, the opening hours are much longer than post offices, and packages are processed immediately with a much later drop-off time. It's simple, I almost only go here.

An undelivered package, complaint in progress since December 22, unsolved problem, although it must be processed within 48/72 hours. The person I had online does not clearly tell me that the package has not been delivered, or has been lost / stolen and therefore I cannot get a refund.
