Worst delivery service I’ve ever used. On two different occasions, they delivered my packages at a place 45 minutes from where I had initially chosen while placing the order. Their customer service is non-existent and they only send generic replies. No explanation, nothing. A customer service should be able to accommodate the customer, not ignore them. And judging from what I have seen on social media, they have many, many unhappy customers. Way too many for me to ever trust them again. They are incompetent and rude and, unlucky for them, I’m a journalist.

Perfectly lovely service but pretty mediocre food. Alarm bells should start ringing when you read the menu. Feels like someone went to too many brooklyn hotspots and fell in love with the florid prose that's replete in their menus. French food is better than this and cheaper by the mile. Bof.

This transporter is a real joke, never saw in my life one worst than them...! I'm waiting for a parcel for more than 23 days and each time I'm having a person on phone they are telling me that delivery will be done next day. No one in this company is concerned by the fact that a parcel from DE to FR takes like more than 3 weeks for delivery. Avoid them as unprofessional, not reliable and very bad communication.

Kidding me? They sent me message to remind to get my parcel and I went in the same day:it was closed!then I went in the following morning, 9am, then found this office is open at 11am!! Never able to get those people on the phone! Maybe they are having too good business and I hope they could get some pressure .
