Catastrophic company, late package, blocked for a week at the Réau depot, we go to the depot, we are greeted by a private security guard, no company employees. We are informed that no withdrawal is made on site. A disaster, never get delivered by them, it's over.

it's simple every time a package goes through this Réau site, I never receive it!! once I want (and again ..) but 3, 4 packages lost! it's starting to do a lot. and I ignore the service where each time I am told '' we do not know ''. "apply for a refund"... it would still be necessary to do an audit on this site.

Parcel awaiting delivery because the collection point has apparently been saturated or unavailable for several days. Since then I inquire directly at the pick-up point and I am told that they are not saturated at all and they are available because it is the Auchan store open from morning to evening. Mondial's telephone service explains to me that they are doing their best to speed up the delivery of the package by giving me 1 additional day of waiting, I call them back 5 minutes later to have a manager, and I am given a deadline two extra days is really nonsense..

parcel for a return deposited on May 25 and apparently lost since on the Réau site. A lot of problems with this Mondial Relay site, a lot of parcels probably disappear, not lost for everyone. I must therefore wait the mandatory 21 days before obtaining a refund for my item. It is high time for Mondial Relay to do something.

Seeing that my package was in transition in this warehouse and seeing the very negative reviews I was worried. Finally everything went very well, my package arrived and left the same day without any interruption. Am I extremely lucky, or are we used to leaving reviews only when they are negative?
