We placed an order with delivery by Mondial Relay. An expensive order! The delivery was very quick. However, by going to withdraw our package at the Locker provided, the locker was empty! It was Saturday night, no way to reach anyone. We sent an email. No answer. We call first thing this morning, a woman answers, she sends us packing, tells us that there is nothing to do except wait for an answer to our email. Here we are with several hundred euros out there and we can't do anything! Ashamed !

Nil Nil Nil. Would deserve 0 stars. I am waiting for a parcel dropped off by the seller at the Rouen agency. Almost 1 month later, the parcel has not moved or it has moved without being scanned. I had never had any issues until now. But here I have a package blocked for 18 days on the Rouen platform for so-called expertise. The package would not comply with the specifications. He comes from the east and it only happened in Rouen that the format of the package was studied. I think in 18 days it must have been studied in all its forms I hope. Besides, this parcel has traveled well because starting from the east it went through Dijon and Lyon to finally arrive in Rouen, it's the first time I've seen this. I don't even know if my son will have his present one day....

I have never had any problem with this agency, they are not responsible for sometimes deteriorated working conditions, they go out of their way to help, as for lockers sometimes blocked, it is certainly an unpleasant experience but it is not It's not Mondial Replay's fault if people don't collect their parcels and don't release the lockers! I send and receive a lot of packages and there are other less efficient service providers, believe me!
