The worst delivery service I ever used! They decided to store my package in parcel centre without any reason for unlimited time. Contact form on web is not working, telephones are missing, emails are missing I don't even know how to contact this company. Highly recommend to avoid this company and use DHL of FEDEX.

My package was delivered four days later than the expected date and I needed it for the weekend, a delay that is not acceptable for Amazon Prime customers. I don't recommend this delivery company.

Instead of sending my package by 24h. They take a whole week yet I don’t know where my package is. And the customer service is impossible to reach either on telephone nor messenger!

Without a doubt the worst delivery company operating in France. Package delivered 2 weeks late, impossible to get accurate information on delivery date on web or phone. I cannot imagine why anybody would voluntarily use GLS when there are so many better alternatives

Worst transport company that could ever existed. The parcel is always blocked somewhere for a deplorable reason. ("agency was closed", can you believe it?) I don't. This is why we should all make this agency closed forever. Try to respect customers before trying to make money. Shame on you GLS.
