The worst delivery service . After waiting all day Delivery boy go back without contacting . And said that we was absent . After calling, the service didn't accept . And next time delivery waiting still from morning and noone yet . After called the assistance GLC , no trace of delivery boy where he is and when he come . Not professional assistance say that they can't contact the delivery boy beacuse the don't have the contact number . Not possible . Highly not recommended this society .

I don't understand the 1 star reviews. GLS France was excellent in the delivery I received. Received delivery on time in 2days, actual estimate was 3-5days

My package was not delivered because of reason " address not correct". Itu was IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. I changed the date and reviewed a mail that they cannot deliver the package because of other reasons. It's pure HELL to work with them!
