They wasted 2 weeks of my time by continuously moving the delivery date of my stuff. They'd do it at the end of each day so that I'd stay trapped in my home all day waiting for a package that never arrived. When they finally showed up, they had the wrong package so I didn't accept it, they said they'd come back the following day with the right package and... They disappeared. Never heard or seen them again, the shipping just results as "canceled" when you look it up. Avoid any business that uses them to ship, they're literal scammers.

Already 3 days I’m waiting my order because I received email that they try to delivery it but I wasn’t at home. Yesterday I was at home whole day just because of this... again same email with notice that they left my order in commercial in our village. I was there to pic it up and of cours my packet wasn’t there. I called to customer service that I need explanation and no surprise, my order will be delivery today. But anyhow, I wanted explication how is it possible and madam on customer service just hanged the phone.

They tried to deliver when I was away. Then I decided to go directly at the warehouse. They found it and were really kind...especially for a December 24th at 4pm Really thank you for helping and happy Christmas ☃️

The worst experience ever. No communication there is an issue with the package. Almost TWO WEEKS delayed, spent half of the day on the phone to reach client services to find out where my 100e package. Never never again. Update: client services cannot find my package, that they promised to be delivered today. CS disconnected after i asked the number to the driver that picked up my package or to someone who can explain to me what has happened....

Horrible! They told the deliver company that there was nobody at home. I was there and nobody rang the door. They do not leave any "passage notice". More than two weeks later, the package is daily updated as "the parcel is being sent"... This company is a joke.
