0 star. This is the 2nd time that one of my packages has been lost with this carrier and it is indicated as "package delivered" on the GLS package tracking. This company that cultivates lies is to be avoided. The sender of the product I purchased is fully aware of this and is considering a change of carrier. It is not for nothing that the GLS platform does not have telephone numbers so that we cannot reach them, they would be overwhelmed with calls.

Absolutely avoid several times, the drivers declare to have passed, except they never pass and dare to say that you are absent. When you bring the proofs of your presence, they give another reason. in short you never have your parcels. To be avoided as much as possible. I have never had a single package delivered on time. Following an order, a first presentation was made on Wednesday and since we were absent, the delivery man said that he would come back on Friday between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. In the end, he didn't show up at all. I looked on the site in order to consult the follow-up and it turns out that the parcel was in the agency, so we blocked the afternoon for nothing and in addition when we go to the agency to collect our parcel, we makes it clear to the person who receives us that we could still have been warned and this one answers us that the delivery man did not have the place and then that with all the packages they have they do not have that that to do! An unspeakable level of incompetence! 2 weeks that I go around in circles to receive my package. On the phone with several advisers where I am promised delivery to my home then finally not at a relay point then incident which prevents delivery to an incomplete address. Advisors on this agency unable to ensure a follow-up and a reliable response. Waste of time and annoyance as a bonus. It is quite simply a scam without name!

The worst delivery experience. The package is marked as delivered to Mrs. while we are two men and we were away. The GLS agents tell you that they cannot get in touch with the delivery person and that it is you who must do all the work to disentangle the true from the false. In short, if you see GLS FLEE!!!!!!
