I've seen all the bad comments and honestly I was so scared too, since my parcel is from Spain to France. But GLS gave me constant updates. I had a call from that lady to inform that my parcel was ready. I was waiting in front of my appartement building so that she doesn't needs to open the code. The lady was so kind and polite with a big smile on her face.

GLS offers a parcel delivery service in the letterbox (like many carriers do) and which makes things a lot easier because it is difficult to set aside a day for a parcel… But apparently when the parcel is not there we do not can dispute anything because it is following our request..
So I don't know what GLS could have done with my package but it must not have been disappointed when it was opened..
I really do not recommend, avoid!

A platform that sends a delivery person on the wrong delivery date on November 4 who made the trip for nothing after having had twice on November 3 for confirmation that the delivery was scheduled for November 7 as agreed for a week, i.e. for today while we called it twice the disrespectful platform for calls and delivery dates or rescheduling, it's not in sync with the delivery driver who takes miles for nothing and who surrounds us
ahissent from emails without being able to follow up so useless no very disappointed notifications from GLS mouguerre who did not follow up and did not respect the delivery date Same as GLS FRANCE WHO TALKS like mouguerre anything and harasses us with contradictory emails I do not recommend Oz the delivery company GLS due to the lack of their platform which does not even respect their delivery person. very disappointed I would not resume delivery service with GLS

Hello I ordered 2 tires on 8/12 on central tires where I gave my address and telephone number on 15/12 I received a message from GLS telling me that the carrier could not find my home that they had a wrong address and not my phone number! it took 2 hours to reach them the lady on the phone told me the address of my grandmother who bears the same name as me but not at all the same address all that suggests that they lost my contacts and they looked in the yellow pages. What annoys me the most is that the lady from GLS never answered my questions or was always nearby when I asked her for explanations and in addition she let it be understood that it was my fault with a pronunciation that didn't understand anything like the most of the time on telephone platforms This is the first time I have to deal with GLS and the last I hope
