Parcel which ends up 15 km from where it was to be delivered, in a relay point when it was to be delivered to me. No email or call to let me know. It was by going to pick up another package at the relay point that I knew that my package had been there for 1 week, I would never have picked up my other package, I would never have known that the one that was to be delivered by GLS was there! And do not tell me that it was delivered to the relay point because there was no one at home, it is not possible! You should not wonder why there are so many lost parcels with such lax deliverers!

Two street numbers are assigned, but only one is displayed in large, not the one written on the package. Both are well written on the letterbox, but certainly too small for someone who wants to end their day quickly. The delivery man has therefore seen nothing and asks for an additional address. The tracking number is not recognized on the site: I call and give the other number. The operator registers it, and I realize that he has changed the distribution town (same postal code). The site does not offer to change the address, it is 11 p.m., too late... The last time it was a graphics card at 1700 euros that was dropped ON the mailbox, without notice, without a phone call: this time the delivery man had found the number but not the bell. In short, a pity that I cannot choose the courier that will deliver to me when I place my orders, because in no case would I choose GLS Du grand nonsense

And where do we have to go in the street at the foot of the truck to have it delivered? The principle of home delivery is good to be delivered to your door, right? It still gets painful!

After many overpriced phone calls, it turned out that my package was delivered to another town!!! After many setbacks with my sender and GLS, I was therefore obliged to pick up my parcel myself 8 days after the so-called delivery in MY mailbox, at the person where it had been deposited by the "serious" from the delivery person, so I sent a letter to GLS, without response, so at first glance whether it's the management or the delivery service, they have absolutely nothing to do with their customers, no excuses, nothing. So I think you should avoid this company if you want to have your packages. For my part, excellent advertising will be dedicated to them with an obligation for my suppliers to no longer send me my shipments by GLS.
