As it's impossible to give 0 stars, I give the minimum of 1. Worst service ever. 9 days that the small package is at their sorting center. No one takes the phone. No way to contact anyone. Trust me. Just avoid GLS.

It is not that we did not try ... but GLS is just not customer oriented. Can't call, can't email...forms to fill out for a delivery that did not take place with a signature that could not be shown and there is still NO ONE to contact on the other side. Stay away.

We ordered Parmesan from Italy. They could not make the delivery after 5 days because they do not know where is the package! It’s in one of the containers in their hangar but they don’t have the will to check which one. The staff simply said “there is a lot of national Holidays in may so we did not process containers”. They don’t know where is our package. I have been working with logistic for many years such incompetence is unseen. They are liars, lazy and useless! Don’t do business with them.

Lazy, lazy lazy people. They do not make any effort to do their job. When they don't want to deliver a parcel, they say insufficient address information and send the parcel back to the sender. Then they mark the parcel as delivered so head office thinks they are delivering lots of parcels. Avoid if possible.
