Well I read all the other reviews & thought oh! I would not see my package for at least a week! Arrived at GLS Thursday night at 22.22 I think it was a 48/72 h delivery. Tuesday 9.20 package delivered by the nicest politest GLS driver from Limoges depot a credit to Limoges GLS depot. So really no complaints. Friday would have been Superb Uzerche to Limoges, Monday excellent, Tuesday super? Three working days. Could have been faster but sort of 3 day service. It arrived as paid for 3 working days. Friday, Monday, Tuesday... could be quicker could be more expensive? So not Superb speed but as paid for... Slow yes! Bad no not really.

I was all day at home and they left me information that I can pink up my package from.. that’s a good question, from where?!!!! No information!!!!

After twice being informed that they would deliver my package, I waited in for them two days.... no delivery but an email saying I had to contact them for a new delivery. However, the phone number given cost 80 centimes a minute, and after waiting five minutes on the phone, only hearing their recorded messages, I gave up! The only way to contact them appears to be by letter! No news on my large parcel, no indication of any delivery, what is one supposed to do? An intervention by the sellers resolved the problem and the parcel has now been delivered.

Very very bad service. I got a parcel how is all ready 14 days in a warehouse in Baud . GLS resume to deliver. I try to contact them by telephone, not possible. I try by mail , no reply. Very bad service. Still waiting otherwise I go to the warehouse on a not friendly way. People do not use GLS W Zeeman

ordered dogfood, supposed to be in Uzerche le 1 August = out on delivery but never arrived, no communication at all, The company that sent the parcel did not get any information either since 6 August. where is the dogfood ? on holiday ???
