The worst delivery men that can exist!!! We never receive our packages when it comes from them... The last one was supposed to receive a package, they supposedly came for the first time, they said that the entrance was inaccessible when you live in a house and you just have to ring the bell. They supposedly came back a second time after having agreed on an appointment and they said that there was no one when I was at home!! So a piece of advice, never get delivered by these people!!!

We have never had a problem with other delivery companies but twice in a row, private package informs us that our address is incomplete... any GPS finds us. I think that given all the opinions, it would be better to convert to waffle making. Plus waffles are good.

4 days ago a neighbor rang to tell us that a package had been left outside her front door (in the street) with our name and address, today I learned that I was supposed to have been delivered for another package except that I haven't received anything! I have never seen that ! It's scandalous and I hope to be quickly compensated! 😡

Like all the other comments a deplorable service! Parcel marked delivered when it was never delivered obliged to initiate a procedure with the police to be able to be reimbursed! Another order with supposedly an incomplete address while ALL the other carriers find it without problems! appointment resumed the next day by taking my phone number that they already had ... so that in the end they return the package to the sender in short if you have the choice FLEE POOR CRAZY!
