A carnage. My package has been with you since last Tuesday. It is supported every day but is not delivered. 2 times I call and they tell me that my package will be delivered the same day and yet it does not leave the depot. This is unacceptable, shameful. This is making fun of people!!! Deliver my package to me or let me pick it up!!!

I wanted to write that they are incapable and that it is surely the worst service in their field but all the other comments say about the same thing… ps: parcel on the site of my city for 10 days and every day the delivery man takes care of it in the morning and puts it back in the site the same afternoon. The first time it's because there was no more space at the pick-up point (what they told me on the phone), the second time they stutter to explain it and I can't know for the third time and the following ones because they no longer answer the phone… In short, once I have received my package, I will avoid their services and I advise you all to do the same!

Parcel sent to the wrong relay point, the reason? Parcel too big for the chosen relay point... On the other hand the shipping costs are collected in the same way as those which are delivered to the desired place. By calling they can't do anything, the person waiting for their parcel has to drive more than an hour to pick up their property because there is no closer relay point (they say)... Except by looking at the list of their points relay I find more than 40, the person on the phone is lying. In addition, I am asked to rate my satisfaction and oh by chance 5 minutes to try and it does not work... Nonsense...

LAMENTABLE! I have three parcels delivered every day for a week but have never been delivered!!!!! Customer service evasive and unable to give concrete answers and in passing gives false information! The argument is to say that the period is busy, it's not my problem! I will make complaints to the site to which I order so that another carrier is requested. Big lack of seriousness and professionalism! Carrier to avoid.
