For 11 days already the parcel that I sent and blocked in this Nantes agency, the recipient and I have called the customer service to find out what is going on because the recipient now really needs the parcel, and we are comes out each time as a comment to wait for the package is on its way. Parcel deposited on November 9 and blocked since November 14 !!!!) If an agency manager sees my comment, please do what is necessary. Thanks

Parcel blocked for 1 month at the Nantes agency. However, it is not for lack of having called customer service several times to explain to them that we needed the package quickly for a wedding. To top it off, the adviser ends up admitting that the Nantes branch is indeed completely disorganized. Unfortunately, we can only observe and warn that Mondial Relay is not serious and that it is better to avoid them. Not to mention the fact that we are told that the parcel pick-up point chosen is unavailable even though it is not even the one we had taken. In short, if you want a professional and efficient delivery, go your way.

Parcel blocked at the Nantes agency for several days following a so-called unavailability of the initial relay point, the parcel should have been delivered on Tuesday, so I selected another relay point. The email said that the package would be delivered the next day to the other selected relay point. Since more news, the package is still at the Nantes agency. It was a gift for Sunday, I wouldn't get it in time when basically the timing was perfect. Review your organization and way of doing things because in the end it is the people who are impacted! Next time I would choose another delivery method, always problems with you and apparently I'm not the only one given the other reviews.

But where is my package!? Sent for 15 days and blocked at the Nantes agency for 1 week! Do you know if we can go there to pick up our package ourselves? If someone in charge of the agency can contact me, I may finally find and according to your slogan "the smile". In the meantime, I will no longer choose Mondial Relay.

One star because I can't put 0!!! You really are good for nothing! Allow themselves to deliver a package 1 hour from my house without my consent, even though I had followed the procedure to the letter and on time. The first person I spoke to on the phone lied to me. And the 2nd allowed themselves to laugh in my face! I will never order again via Mondial Relay, I still prefer to pay more expensive delivery costs with other service providers!
