Customer service made me drive 100km for nothing (Strasbourg-Scherwiller). On site, gutted parcels, an indescribable mess. They don't even know where my package is, stuck here for 2 weeks. It's scandalous. Opt for the post office, even the public service is doing better.

My parcel has been in the Relay world depot in Strasbourg for 9 days! Despite my calls, I never hear from my package, they always tell me to wait 48 hours... yet I let them know that it's an urgent package! It should have arrived on September 2! I even offered to go get it myself! They told me it's not possible! Seriously they are not able to tell me when I will have it....they are totally incompetent, and I'm starting to wonder if I will have it one day!
