Second edit: It has been 22 days that my package is still waiting. I have read the other comments, please we all need an explanation. Delivery of a package from France to the Netherlands is not that hard, right? My package is waiting for 14 days in Hub Harnes. I need an explanation what is going wrong with it! Could you please help me? Edit after response to my comment: Yes I already filled out the form. There is not still any response.

A package ordered via Vinted has been marked to be stuck in the Harnes Hub ever since 6 Ocotober. The package has not moved for days. And nobody is answering any phones or emails on your side. This is my second request. The sender has also made an inquiry and has no answer received from Mondial Realy. Is this place where you usually steal packages for yourself? I would like a clear answer and details about my package but I cannot even send a request form beacause there is NO FIELD TO ENTER THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER!!!!!!!!

My parcel is also stuck in Harnes for days now, ordered via Vinted. It's insane to read all these comments and see how many we are in the same situation, yet NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT. YOUR COLLEAGUES ARE STEALING PARCELS UNDER YOUR NOSES AND ALTHOUGH IT IS SIGNALED YOU ALLOW IT! You are then equally dirty handed as those thieves in the deposit. How many more reviews like this do you need to do something about it? I already sent a complaint to Mondial Relay, who knows when that will be answered. The phone number does not work (i added the prefix too). I want to be contacted asap. Ps- yes, this page IS about complaining because YOU are not taking actions.

Most afwul delivery service in europe. Package with a worth of €250 got stolen and switched with doorhandles. Mondial relay will not respond through email and phone. Never using them ever again. The fact they haven’t filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy is beyond me.

My package has been at the shipping office of the Harnes agency since September 19. The estimated delivery was for September 20 and to this day (September 28) my package has not arrived. It is not normal. I am waiting for an answer and a solution. Disappointing
