It's the worst shipping company in the world. Not only it didn't deliver my package at home like I asked but to a pickup point. When I complained to the driver he insulted me and hang up on me. It's absolutely outrageous. I don't recommend to anyone to use the mediocre services of GLS. It's a disgrace of a shipping company.
