Most amazing staff, great terrace with an amazing view! I was so delighted to come to this hotel until the daughter of the owner kicked us out from the table on the terrace so her and her friends could sit- despite having reserved 10 rooms for 19 people. the ensuing altercation put everyone on edge. Though we loved the location and were super impressed with staff. You guys need to new management who put guests first.

Great rooftop terrace for drinks and an amazing view of Marseille. Our bartender Louise was so warm, and the music was super fun. No shade, so bring hat and sunglasses

I had a great stay at Hotel Hermès. It’s perfectly located in the Vieux Port. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Don’t miss the rooftop for beautiful views of the port. I’ll definitely be back!

Rooms are small and smelled musky, but rooftop offers an excellent view of the old port. Well located near to restaurants and to the vieux port metro station.

Amazing location right next to the port. Our room had a view. Even better view from the rooftop bar. Handy location to walk to all attractions. The lady at reception was really really friendly. The room was comfortable, air conditioning worked well.
