The worst service. We are tourist from Cyprus and we don’t speak French. The moment he realised that we speak only English he replied in French "If you don't speak French - Out the door" and he whistled. Very rude, extremely arrogant and aggressive. I have taken a picture of him and will try to post it here if I can. I was surprised to see that there was a sign "DHL A Great Place to Work For" apparently not a great place to go as a customer!!! I’m a respected Doctor and I can’t let this person go shouting on me. Please DHL check him, Nice DHL Airport.

Great experience. Stopped here before our flight so that we could ship home to the US a number of souvenirs and gifts we’d accumulated. Staff was helpful in figuring out what size box to minimize cost and and willing to work with our very limited French.

I've sent a package to avenue de Grasse, Cannes, France. Everyone can find it very easily. But not DHL! And though I've paid my local DHL for the services, they can't explain to DHL Nice how to use Google maps in their own cities! I can't believe such a situation could happen in the 21st century.

incredibly bad! slow, inaccessible, incompetent! no one answering the phone, nor mails for days - nothing. called 4 more times to pay my duties, still unsolved!! finally a charming young lady, but her french and english so bad that communication was a nightmare, even unable to transfer my phone call...this is the lousiest service i ever experienced. update: after 8 more calls next day, i finally succeeded to pay my duties and schedule delivery. does that final success story change my impression? no, it does not ;-(

Far away from the city, but this is truly the best way to send something fast. People who are working there - speak English! I really enjoy my experience of using DHL
