Poor. The package was delivered late to a relay point different from the one chosen without the information being communicated when I had received a text message and an email confirming delivery to the relay point initially selected. So I had to phone DHL twice, who was supposed to call me back with information about my untraceable package. Badly received by telephone, no apology was pronounced and we did not have to justify the modification by the fact that it suited the delivery man who probably forgot that he works thanks to customer orders. I do not recommend DHL, poor service, visibly incompetent staff, the professionalism of the deliverers as well as the people in charge of the telephone reception leaves much to be desired.

No delivery, we had to go down from the village to the office to pick up the shipment because the delivery man did not want to go up to the village, even though we are only 20 km from Ajaccio. No justification from the staff at the office, even if the girls were very nice everyone passed the buck. It's nobody's fault!! It is unacceptable that after paying a fortune for the shipment, we are forced to do the job of incompetent delivery people.

Does not deliver to the planned place, leaves you an email that your package is in a relay point because the delivery man was overwhelmed without talking of course about the tax of 58€!!!

Non-existent service !!! 2 times that the delivery man supposedly came to my address and that there was nobody ... not called to warn me of his arrival or even to ask me to open the gate ... the first time the reason provided: incomplete address Today: nobody to receive the parcel (weird there is always someone at home ...) .. Suddenly my order went back to the sender. Frankly DHL should review the professionalism of your employees.
