Outstandingly poor service! Unbelievably unhelpful. There are no words to describe the level of lies and incompetence this company will spin to avoid doing their jobs properly. I would rather stuff a cactus up my arse than use these clown shoes again. N.B My parcel has not been found. Everyone is blaming everyone else. I am down 170 Euros. Thanks DHL. Despicable Hopeless Losers

Horrible service. Was supposed to receive 17 framed paintings from Canada, a 200+lb package. Shipment was sent late April for an arrival May 3rd. It's now May 18th and I still haven't received anything. Apparently, the shipment arrived in Cannes/Nice but they "forgot" to call me to schedule a delivery, and the call center kept saying the delay was due to a customs inspection while my package had been cleared for days. At the some point, they kept telling me to expect a delivery the next day, and when I called at the end of the day they said "my colleague must have made a mistake, we had no delivery scheduled for today but you will receive it tomorrow." And so on and so forth. Most staff was polite but completely clueless. One of them was extremely rude - a gentlemen from the Lyon center (he said he was called Yann) hanged up the phone on me and said there was nothing he could do "it's like that". I will never use them again, and I will refuse that any of my suppliers use them for my orders in the future.

DHL FRANCE(between nice and cannes), the most useless delivery service I have ever experienced. Something that should take at most 2-3 days has taken 2 weeks with no notifications. I call customer service and after pressing the English speaking extention I get someone that cant speak any English. A-hole delivery guy arrives and is a comp rude prick. I don't understand what is so hard about delivering a package. DHL sort your French division out. Definitely FEDEX from now on

The most useless place and service and staff I have ever met. Big Warning, don't use dhl in France! You just won't get the delivery at all. No notifications. No calls. The package will end up being returned to the sender in best case.... Stay away and use another company.

Never delivered on time. Again no show and then say that the recipient was not home or in the office. After you have to go to the airport office in nice that is lost of the day.
