Service not performed. The delivery man passed by without ringing the doorbell, he left a calling card, without phoning, on a date one day before the delivery date. Following a DHL call (unpleasant) delivery scheduled for the next day but no delivery scheduled following a new DHL call. Parcel collected at the depot. Lamentable. Paying so much to be so bad.
