Absolutely useless. Delivered my parcel (MacBook Pro) to "gardienne" without asking for MY signature on delivery, now lost my Mac and no idea who to contact. I didn't choose them, Apple Store used them to ship. Worst experience ever.

Almost every week l call for DHL collect a parcel from MC to return to The Outnet in UK. Each time, l click to receive attention in english and is the second time the same man answer me, his english is extremely poor and despite that l try to be patient and talk slow, he repeat AGAIN and AGAIN the same questions -even if l already gave him the information. The second time l asked him to please don't waste so much time (more than 20min) because my battery was dying and he continue with the same slowly painful process of ask me the same 3 questions again and again. When my batter died, l had to ask a friend to borrow his, call again and finally l got a very nice lady who did all the process to collect my parcel in LESS than 5 MINUTES. -l know DHL charges per minute when you call, but l will appreciate they could think also effective and hire more efficient people.

I am only surprised that people expect reasonable service in this part of France or Monaco. It is hit and miss, some you win and some you lose. I have had mixed fortunes with DHL, some have been good but the majority bad.

I was just hung up on twice by some lady when she asked for the code ! How rude and un prosper if you want to pay out the ass for your delivery and then get terrible customer service go here
