I am at home, and yet I received an SMS telling me that I was absent and that I had to schedule a new delivery. This is the third attempt with the same pattern!

Absent during the first attempt on Friday and a calling card was left, very good, the next attempt was on the following Monday, no one during the whole day and at 5:55 p.m. I received an email saying that I was absent when I I was at home all day, SO, request for planning the NEXT DAY between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. and at 6:20 p.m. still nothing BUT an email saying that I was STILL not present when I was STILL at home all day. Either the deliverers are lazy, or they get lost, or they only come to Brest once a week but don't say so. In any case, thank you very much for the 2 days that I could have spent working instead of consuming them for nothing.
