They drop off our parcel with the neighbor who tells the delivery man that he doesn't know us because he has just arrived in the building and when we go to their house, they tell us that the neighbor said he knows us. Supposedly he couldn't put an envelope containing papers in the mailbox. They didn't even call us to tell us that they were coming in the afternoon when we had received an SMS to tell us that they would be coming on Monday to drop off our package, but they were coming on Friday.
