Besides, the Relay point informs me that this week, they experienced a lot of problems with the carrier, packages delivered to the wrong place????? Waiting for the call of their after-sales service, he undertakes to call you back during the day but do not do it.... I was expecting a package yesterday they couldn't find where I lived so they couldn't deliver. They didn't even look or even call for me to explain. I ordered a part to be delivered by DHL express. The package should have been delivered on July 23 - it did not arrive. The recording showed it was with the delivery guy on July 23 at 12:06 p.m., just over two hours from my house. I contacted DHL on July 24. I was told it was delivered to a drop off point, but I didn't know where. Someone was supposed to contact me before 5 p.m. that day, but not yet. When I contacted DHL again I was told that they would contact me now at 7pm on July 25th as they did not know which delivery point had been used. The package should have been delivered to my home. Tired of waiting for my parcel, I got the details of my nearest delivery point from the internet - I received my parcel on July 25th. I could find where the package was but DHL couldn't. Why pay for express delivery when it is delivered to the wrong place and receive your package 2 days late?

I have been waiting for my package from China for 1 month now. A person from DHL contacted me telling me that the package arrived the day after his call and still nothing. I can see that my package has arrived at the Nantes agency but still waiting... I'm losing patience...

I have just ordered a product on a site in England, it delivers by DHL. The observation: After eight days of waiting (I live in France not in China), delivery notice left in the mailbox while my wife who does not work is at home. After one more day of waiting and request on the site for redelivery the next day, computer system failure, the agency is not aware that the product has arrived in France and that I have requested delivery for the next day . As my wife could not go out on Thursday, she has to go out on Friday but this carrier cannot even indicate an approximate time, so Saturday, but no delivery on Saturday, either stay 50 km to get to the depot or wait Monday all day. All that cost me 12 €, plus the phone call is chargeable, I'm waiting for the bill, it sucks, are we at their disposal, or are we the customers?. The Post Office team is doing much better in time, price and service who are the civil servants? I expect an apology at least a refund at least of such would be more correct.
