I put 1 star because I can't put 0. I'm waiting for a package to be delivered by DHL Strasbourg. The package tracking tells me that it has arrived on their platform since 06/09/2022 and since then nothing, after having contacted them 3 times in 1 week, Suzanne, the customer advisor tells me that they do not know where did my package go and that they are going to do some research. No more news since Tuesday, September 13. Suzanne had suggested that I make a complaint to the seller "Louis-moto" when it was DHL who lost my package and adding that it was not me who paid them to transport the package!!! I answer him: luckily it's not me who pays them, I wouldn't mind paying them for a service they can't perform. I even advise him to change jobs since DHL does not honor his contracts.
