Delivery time range 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. in the middle of the week.. I simply ask to be called 15 minutes before the delivery man arrives (just make a phone call when making the previous delivery, nothing too complicated) and I organize myself accordingly. In the end the delivery man calls me downstairs, refuses to wait for my arrival (less than 10min) and tells me that I have to make a new appointment with the platform and thus block a new day... C that's what I call despising your client. Bravo for the quality of service

No excuses from the company: "not our fault if he is sick!", And commercial thinking and very relevant: "do not bother to shout the next deliverer, it will not be the same huh!". Same experience as the other reviews: a society of incompetent people. They schedule an appointment, we ask for the day, they cancel the appointment without warning us and when we contact the site: we do not exist in their database. Bug, but what a sad society!
