We have had no choice and have had to deal with Geodis Nimes 4 times. EACH TIME, they have forgotten the delivery and we have waited a full day between 8 - 5pm. When we contact them they want us to pick it up (40 min drive) which defeats the purpose of having a courier. This NIMES branch of Geodis is lazy, lacking service and incompetent.

A shame. Despite 2 appointments for delivery set directly on the phone with the service, confirmed by e-mail, my package was not delivered for unknown reasons. And to top it off, I had the location of the delivery man who was 5 minutes from my home but he didn't even stop! I had to pick up the package myself at the depot. Really shameful for delivery service

I had to fetch an emergency package. The person told me no problem, we'll put it aside for you when it arrives. The package was not kept... 160 km to run after a package, It's not great..... Following the response of a certain Marie from customer relations, I take off a star. Supposedly she couldn't trace me with my email address. Normal it is my personal address!!! But frankly your answers Are not suitable, I am not from the competition.... But a client you just lost. I think that to be in the customer service department, you have to do a minimum of training..

Delivery scheduled for Monday morning, then afternoon! Then nothing, oh yes a photo of a street saying "not accessible" but it's not my place and you delivered the same address last week!!! Find the mistake ! Next delivery Tuesday afternoon ???? You don't have the phone to call!!! Ah yes if we want to call you it's 0.80 cents per minute!!! And then we wait until when??? You don't care about people, we are customers!!
