I arrived here 1 hour before my booking time of 11am. I handed in a copy of the CMR to a lady in the office. She asked me for a reference number which I gave her. Ok she said, wait in your truck. 4 hours later she tells me there is a problem with the CMR. Apparently my surname was not on it but would that had stopped me getting loaded. Absolutely useless. They don't deserve the one star rating I gave them, should be a minus one..
