Scheduled delivery yesterday, no one came. That is. Rescheduled today, still no one. No call to apologize. 2 days stuck at my house for nothing. And twice the delivery man was very close to my house. I have never seen that. Ah yes, that has already happened to me, already with Geodis.

I was absent during the delivery: no notice of passage therefore impossible to reschedule the delivery. Forced to go there to pick up my package that they had simply lost (a bike is not lost like that). My companion had to fight for them to move to find him. 1 hour wait on site.

Delivery of a package scheduled for today between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., it is 12:28 p.m. and still no delivery, no call, no excuses, no possibility of finding out because you are put on hold for €0.80 per minute billed in addition to calls. Really laborious, unacceptable, I put my morning down for nothing and I resume at 1:30 p.m. without having had my package. Incompetents! Losing a roof box has to be done anyway. The person who answered the phone deplorable and rude. And obviously incompetent. In response to your answer: please check your logistics instead. Because there were 2 packages, you only delivered one (roof bars) but not the second (a roof box)... your delivery man was also very surprised to only deliver one out of two, while the 2nd was very wisely in your warehouse. Even look at your history, you contacted me by phone on Monday August 1 to inform me that you were waiting to combine the 2 packages to send them to me... something that was obviously not done.
