Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had two parcels scheduled to be delivered. First one arrived a day after Geodis said it would be delivered. 2nd was not delivered because driver could not find the address and didn't bother calling me to let me know (both parcels were picked up from the same location and to be delivered to the same address). I wasted half a day trying to call Geodis Nantes, when someone finally picked up the phone I was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I was finally transferred to their delivery rep., the guy was rude and hung up on me after he telling me he could not find my parcel. Unreal! Geodis is the most unprofessional company I have had to use. Avoid them at all costs
