I request the delivery of my package only in the afternoon because no one is available to receive it in the morning at my home. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts made in the MORNING...I ask that my package be dropped off at a relay point. No news from the carrier. I will inquire on the website, and I see that the delivery person indicated that I had refused the delivery and that it was returned to the sender. It's not like I've been waiting for this package for a month!!!
