The delivery man is nice and that's the only reason I see giving it a star. I had 2 appointments for the same order and I'm still missing a package... I tried to call the agency in Lyon to ask when will be the date for delivery this morning, the lady from customer service replied that they don't know because they haven't found it! !!So lost?! She said she can't do anything... without helping me at all! And she hung up on me when I was still talking…Not professional and not competent!

It's been 5 days since we should have delivered and still nothing. Each time it's supposedly the right one, it's loaded and we'll be delivered during the day and then nothing. Very bad communication and service!

Given the bad experiences, especially the very unpleasant and not really professional delivery people, at Geodis if I have to be delivered by them when making a purchase I am looking for another supplier who has delivered by another carrier Or if I see that there are 2 possible carriers, I call or send an email beforehand and make my order conditional on not being delivered by Geodis

I was delivered three times by two different delivery people, the first delivery person was really unpleasant during the delivery on Friday September 4th, this one is allowed to drop off / throw away an item, the second item was dropped off correctly because it had been taken up orally by the person who received the articles. Besides, he had no patience and only wanted to finish as soon as possible and spoke in a disrespectful and unpleasant manner. The second delivery man was impeccable, he did his delivery job, was smiling and respectful (nickel customer service). I had called Friday, September 4 to report the abusive behavior of your delivery man.

Customer service is responsive, however some delivery people are very bad and unprofessional. Openly lie to you and hang up on you as a bonus.
