I don't usually post reviews, even negative ones, but here I have to. This is the worst delivery company I have dealt with. Delivery expected today for a birthday present. No news for the day until 9:30 p.m. when I see a message on my Amazon order tracking that they tried to deliver to me at 9 a.m. this morning but they couldn't and they are waiting for information from my go. At no time did they call me during the day, just to call their overpaid number!! It's already the second time they've done it to me on just two deliveries. The first time I let myself be fooled by calling them on their premium rate number to arrange an appointment. Appointment for which they also asked me a rabbit without calling me. In short, I canceled my order and asked Amazon to no longer deliver to me through this company.

Normally the company would have to call prior to delivery to set a time slot for delivery, but didn't and I was away on the first unscheduled delivery. Forced to call a premium rate number to agree on a new time slot, more than 2 € the call for a few minutes. Too bad, apart from the mandatory premium rate call, the telephone reception and delivery are of very good quality.

They didn't deliver on a Saturday morning (although usually supposed to) just because they didn't feel like it just ant the weekend. In addition to telling the seller that it was with my agreement when they did not even try to contact me. Not professional at all!

Totally zero! Expected delivery for a birthday present... The delivery guy must have wanted to finish earlier and didn't even move! As for the telephone platform: premium number and no one answers while you pay... Brief gift finally received 2 days later after wasting hours on the phone and by email to receive explanations that I already knew and for the to say that no compensation was possible... A fiasco! Avoid absolutely! I had to put 1 star because you can't put 0!
