If I could give zero stars I would. Whenever dhl have to deliver something to me, there is always a problem, i.e. they tried to deliver or need complete address (which we always put down) etc etc. They have the post code and the name of the hamlet, they just can't be arsed to look for it. All the other couriers deliver without any problems. Also the parcels always seem to be in Lyon or sometimes delivered to a address in Lyon. We are over 2.5 hours away from Lyon, so do not know how they can deliver it to a Lyon address.
