De-plo-ra-ble service, and I weigh my words. The delivery man didn't try to reach me once, didn't even try to deliver the package, I had to pick it up myself at the agency, appointment given at 5 p.m., the delivery man arrives at 6:30 p.m. Service to avoid absolutely.

Delivery of a package scheduled for November 16, a delivery notice put in the letterbox without any reason for non-delivery. The calling card indicated that we could request a new delivery on dhlondemand, which I did twice in vain, still not delivered. After a (surcharged) call to customer service, I learned that my package was dropped off at a relay point on 11/16. Too bad we can not put a negative note

DHL HARFLEUR: error in delivering an expensive package intended for me, they could not be reached by phone and the fax number indicated on the official DHL website is inoperative. Total lack of rigor, the customer left to himself, to be avoided!
