Not happy... I moved on purpose to post an urgent DHL. I arrive and there's a sign saying they're not shipping right now. I would have appreciated it being notified on the site 🤔

Not very practical for outsiders you have to ring the bell but you can't always hear you and lacks information if you go for the first time. The reception is not adapted to the public. After as everywhere for a sending abroad it is always very expensive but the 2 times everything is well delivered that is important according to the importance of the documents or other.

Never move in this DHL, the staff are incompetent and rude. Since the beginning of September they have indicated outdoors that they do not accept packages until 2 days later, and are extending the deadline every day, until now on October 16.
