I was given a choice of 3 places to collect my package, I chose DHL at Toulouse airport. I was unsure of the entrance so I went to enquire 3 days before my package arrived, I needed not too worry, the enquiries door was signed clearly the person on the desk checked my form was filled in correctly. The day my package arrived, I was notified by SMS, I picked the package up, there was a small queue (one in and one out) my temperature was checked before entering, I was greeted by the same person as previous who finished the formalities and gave me me package. A very good experience using the service and a big thank you to all concerned.

My mum send a parcel from Spain on Tuesday, inside was my graduation dress (I needed to go to Brighton to the graduation on next Monday) so she paid 70e for have the parcel on Thursday. On Thursday they call me as I wasn’t at home and I told the delivery person to leave the box in front of my house (as I live in the country side) but he didn’t. On the same afternoon I called to DHL and they told me that the box was in their warehouse, that tomorrow (Friday) they will deliver me the box, and we agreed that if I wasn’t at home they will leave my box in front of the door again. I was all day at home and no one came to my house neither call me, so I called again to DHL and they told me that the person was there but he/she didn’t left the box because I wasn’t in the house (not true), that they were sorry but try again on Monday (i had my flight on Monday early Monday) so finally I had to go to the warehouse to pick up the box.

The worst sent my parcel to wrong destination different country after paying for express delivery I came back to inform them about the error I met the same incompetent lady who make the error still can't help me with the useful information ℹ needed the worst. You force me to give you one star if not is 0.

In 2 words: It's a hell! Never good service, all time problems with delivery, and very bad customer services ( I don't know really why and for what they exist - they never can help ) So , if you want to have a BIGS PROBLEMS , DHL IS YOUR CHOICE, if you don't want better to try another company that's can do their job really not just by words. Regards
