j'attends ma livraison mais il n'y a personne 😞 c'est la deuxième fois que j'ai perdu ma livraison .... i have buyed goods frome italy today 24 nov at 18:00 they tnt express can delever now i am waiting for my delivery but there is no one this is my second time i lost my delivery first i have lost my goods at 9 november TNT headquarters reported that the local driver confirmed the delivery of the product and provided a receipt but i dont saw anything i have prof. tnt express reims are lier and also her worker😔

Just shameful!!! Blocked all day Saturday for a delivery that was not made. Today, Monday I received an email saying that the delivery could not be made because we were not present and that it would be delivered again today (with 3 emails which contradict each other by the way ) Today the delivery man calls me to tell me that the package has been put in the letterbox because no one answered the door except my partner was at home and would have certainly heard the delivery man!!! This delivery company does not respect these commitments and these customers in any way!!!
