We've found TNT to give an excellent courier service and we've used them from various parts of the world for imports with friendly helpful staff and above all the service is very efficient. At the moment of writing 31st Jan 2019 they've been taken over by Fedex from whom we've had disastrous service in the past. It only remains to be seen how the new service will emerge but if its anything like the Fedex of old we'll give them a wide berth and find someone else.

A disaster! They've delivered to me twice and to save time, they claim that I'm not there to leave at a pick-up point and not do their job. I take a day off on purpose for a home delivery because I can't carry a heavy package and of course I have to type the package in the relay point to handle. Deliverers if you don't want to work, leave your place to someone who will know how to do it!!!

SHAME!!Worst delivery guys in the world Parcel reported missing a priori delivered to a pick-up point obviously chosen by them but when we return no one has come from TNT so at some point the guys are either dead or invisible and I have a lot of doubt for the second then 2 solution either we find this order or you will refund the amount of the order in order to recommend without having to go through your service of puppets who know neither the intercoms nor the hours of their own partners. Looking forward for your response.

Deplorable service. I receive an email saying that I am absent during the delivery, so it is wrong! And no notice of passage as they say so well "notice drop in the mailbox".
