Bad experience today. The delivery man did not come to deliver my package, no phone call, no email asking me to go out to pick up the package, just an email saying that due to my absence the package was returned. It's not possible, we pay for nothing. The delivery people are not doing their job. I put a star because zero is not possible. Disgusted. He never contacted me (phone or intercom). Inadmissible.

I went there because there was an error in the delivery address. So call the delivery man who warns me that suddenly, not being part of his tour, I should pick up the package at the depot. However, I had to scramble to find it. On site, tricky parking, and they took a while to find my package. It wasn't even referenced.

Lazy delivery man. TNT poor quality delivery service. I swear he never contacted me (phone or intercom). He just wants to drop off the large parcels (size 1x1x1m, and 4 parcels like that) at a convenient relay point. Unacceptable, irresponsible!!!
