Staff has a serious attitude problem. My delivery was taking very long and now (even though they have my address apparently they don’t have my telephone number) so they scheduled the delivery for one day later (I have fresh products that can go bad). When I asked questions about the situation I was greeted with this very unpleasant attitude almost hostile.

I ordered some flowers which I was told would be delivered in the afternoon, it being specified that morning and evening deliveries were not a thing. So they delivered them at 10:30am when nobody was at home to pick them up. I received an email saying that a delivery attempt was made and the addressee was called and a note was left in their letterbox. As it turns out, no call was made and no note was left. I emailed TNT to tell them of this and asked if delivery could be scheduled for a different date to the next day as I knew the addressee would not be in then. TNT replied (quite quickly actually), saying that they would deliver them the next day WHEN I HAD JUST TOLD THEM THAT WOULDN'T DO. Had to travel an hour in the bus to reach their warehouse and pick them up myself. When I got there they complained about the driving license that we provided as a form of ID, saying it wasn't official enough. As the previous review said, it's a shame that we can't leave 0 stars. This company is a joke. I just got a text saying that my package was not delivered because I was absent and a notice was left. I am writing this from home, no courier and of course no notice is left. Amazon uses this company. I will complain to them and send the packages back.
