The delivery man did not even bother to come to my home and ring the intercom, having passed very early in the morning he just called me, I did not hear the call, in the end I reminds me when I wake up, this one tells me that he rang the intercom when it's not true, in the end I have to go to the parcel relay to pick up my order!!! A shame to pay home delivery costs to ultimately move!!! This delivery service shouldn't even exist anymore!!

I paid 10th to receive my package by express on September 22, the delivery man marked that he was there and that there was no one there when I was present at my home all day and therefore gave me a so-called notice of passage not found in my mailbox thank you to tnt Laval for their seriousness...

I put two stars only for the kindness of a gentleman when I went myself to pick up my package at the warehouse. TNT delivered my order elsewhere, and we maintained the version in front of the supplier that I had indeed received my order myself and I was always told that it was the supplier who had requested a change of address from the last minute. My supplier sent me a replacement order and this one arrived at my house but only partially, 2 out of 3 packages only and instead of delivering it to me on Monday they marked on the follow-up that I had requested a change of date... When I contacted them by phone they said that it was surely an electronic error... Basically, a lot of logistical errors and a lot of lies to cover up these errors.

I was at home all day and the delivery man didn't ring my doorbell so I didn't get a package because in my building there is me and my neighbor who has the same family name and he doesn't even thought of ringing the other doorbell pff disappointed I have to pick up my package at a relay point

No one 👎, delivery man who doesn't even show up at my accommodation and who marks on the online follower that he showed up! Had to call customer service (surcharged number!) to explain that I'm at home and he didn't come. The person contacts the delivery person to come back a few hours later. And still no one to come!. Forced to call customer service and have my packages blocked at the warehouse where I had to move to finally have them!! A shame to pay delivery costs to finally have to manage because the delivery man does not even bother to move. To flee
